Delivering homes and revitalising communities is at the heart of what we do. Working with local authorities, community groups, Parish Councils, Housing Associations and Investors, we create lasting partnerships and deliver vibrant, sustainable places to live.

We adopt a rigorous and considerate approach to our corporate social responsibilities, playing an active role in the communities we work in. We pride ourselves on creating on-site employment and training opportunities, encouraging local community members into the construction industry via our innovative Skills Academy.

We are committed to supporting local and National Charities through sponsorship and fundraising initiatives. We encourage staff to participate in out-of-work charitable endeavors from helping the Homeless to Charities which support vulnerable children. The business also makes an annual commitment to a nominated charity to which all staff help to fundraise for.

Stuart Munro

As one of the founding members of the Drew Smith Group, Stuart Munro has spent the last 25 years developing one of the most highly successful and reputable development companies in the South of England. Utilising this extensive experience Stuart embraces a “hands on approach” with each Drew Smith Homes development site to ensure each scheme is delivered to the high-quality standards that our customers have come to expect. Stuart recognises that successful Development Companies are built on the foundation of a solid reputation with customers who will buy our homes time and time again.


Leanne Smith

Leanne is our New Business Director and is responsible for the acquisition of land and delivery of new home sites in the South to maintain the ongoing supply of high quality Drew Smith Homes. Leanne understands the importance of building long-lasting relationships, always offering our customers a professional and personal connection to the business. With over 10 years in the industry Leanne is passionate about good quality housing delivery, has a genuine sense of social responsibility, and is committed to creating communities and the ethos of “Drew Smith Homes for Life.”


Phil Farminer

As Planning Director for Drew Smith Homes Phil has played a fundamental role within the business for over 20 years. Phil’s role in land assembly and the securing of new sites for Drew Smith Homes is critical to the Company’s historical and ongoing success. He ensures that sites are specifically selected to meet our customer’s requirements to deliver high quality homes in desirable areas at an affordable price. Phil leads a large planning team and using his extensive planning expertise developed over many years he ensures our bespoke designs provide not just new houses but create beautiful homes.


Simon Mason

Simon is involved with Drew Smith Homes Developments from inception to completion guaranteeing complete buy-in to every scheme we deliver. He works closely with the Directors in the business to assess sites for suitability and plays a critical part in the design process. Simon works tireless to ensure that the right homes are selected, built to the correct specification to meet the high-quality standards expected by our Drew Smith Homes customer’s. Through his team of Sales Negotiators Simon is committed to delivering on the objectives set out in the Drew Smith Homes Customer Experience and clearly understands that Homes are for Life not just move-in day. Such is his confidence in our ability to deliver excellence, Simon and his family bought one of our Drew Smith Homes for themselves!


Rebekah Lockyer

Becci is the Drew Smith Sales Executive for our Pembers Hill Park Development. Becci will be on hand to offer practical advice throughout the buying journey and will regularly communicate with you to ensure you are fully informed of the progress of your important purchase. Drew Smith Homes understand that buying a new home can be stressful and clearly one of the most important purchases you will make in your life. Becci will make sure your experience is a pleasure, from reservation to move in date. Becci is committed to delivering on the Drew Smith Homes Customer Experience and will be a key onsite presence to ensure any questions are dealt with quickly and efficiently.


Samantha Barrett

Sam is our Client Care Manager and happiness in your new Drew Smith Home is her priority. Ahead of exciting move-in day Sam and her team will guide you through the day to day process of living in and enjoying your new home. As part of your moving in journey Sam will provide a comprehensive manual which will give you all the information you need about your new home together with all the relevant instructions, certificates and guarantees. Should there be any post-move in snagging issues they will be resolved swiftly by Sam and her team through our easy to use Fix-Flo system. Sam has a long and successful career in delivering Customer Service Excellence for new home owners and is committed to maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Drew Smith Homes.
