A 77 unit scheme for Winchester City Council in the heart of the Winchester Stanmore district known as The Valley. 63 flats on the side of a steep incline delivered across muliple blocks and 14 houses with a mixture of shared ownership and rented accommodation.

Working with Sovereign Housing Association and Homes England, Drew Smith supported the evolution of proposals for 290 new build homes; 126 open market sale, 25 shared ownership, 59 affordable rent , delivered on the former hospital site at St Leonards, Ringwood.

A collaborative partnership between Eastleigh Borough Council and Radian Housing Association, Drew Smith successfully delivered 98 new homes, including 35 affordable properties and 6 Passivhaus homes. A constrained site with signifcant level changes this was an exemplary examples of high-quality mixed-tenure homes.

Kings Worthy
Hyde Housing Association and Winchester City Council
Drew Smith successfully secured rural exception site land in Kings Worthy nr Winchester to bring forward two phases of affordable housing (50 homes). The second phase working in collaborative partnership with Winchester City Council has seen a significant amount of land transferred for public open space.
