A collaborative partnership between Eastleigh Borough Council and Radian Housing Association, Drew Smith successfully delivered 98 new homes, including 35 affordable properties and 6 Passivhaus homes. A constrained site with signifcant level changes this was an exemplary examples of high-quality mixed-tenure homes.
