This mixed-tenure scheme in Eastleigh for Housing Association Vivid comprised of 94 homes, 59 houses and 35 flats. A mixed tenure of 58 private rent and 36 affordable homes which also includes 5 Passivhaus properties.

Radian Housing Group

A collaborative partnership between Eastleigh Borough Council and Radian Housing Association, Drew Smith successfully delivered 98 new homes, including 35 affordable properties and 6 Passivhaus homes. A constrained site with signifcant level changes this was an exemplary examples of high-quality mixed-tenure homes.

Working with Sovereign Housing Association and Homes England, Drew Smith supported the evolution of proposals for 290 new build homes; 126 open market sale, 25 shared ownership, 59 affordable rent , delivered on the former hospital site at St Leonards, Ringwood.

Quebec Barracks


Radian Housing Association

Quebec park Bordon - for Radian Housing Association. This regeneration project on a decommissioned barracks facility provided 100 homes and enhanced commercial space providing new employment opportunities in the area.

First Wessex Housing Group

Working collaboratively with the Mayflower theatre and First Wessex this scheme of 115 apartments with a 5 storey extension was delivered on a difficult and constrained City Centre sites. Refurbishment near the Mayflower theatre.

Saxon Weald

Redevelopment of a town centre brownfield site which saw the delivery of 65 one and two-bedroom homes with a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership
