We support our partners who have the ambition to create mixed and sustainable communities by sharing risk and rewards. Our joint ventures give partners the ability to access land opportunities for new homes and the experience of the 5* Drew Smith sales team.

An excellent example of our work in this area is Pembers Hill Park in Fair Oak. The project is currently being delivered in Joint Venture Partnership with Eastleigh Borough Council and will see the delivery of 244 mixed tenure homes. Housing Association Abri will deliver 97 of the homes for affordable housing collectively making a valuable contribution to the supply of affordable and open market homes for the Eastleigh Community
