We’ll gift your friend or relative £2,000 if they help contribute a minimum of 5% towards your deposit for a Drew Smith Home. There are no strings attached, we’ll simply transfer the money as soon as you complete. That’s not all, we’ll also give you £5,000 that you can use towards making your new home your own.

Our Deposit Assist scheme isn’t the only reason that getting onto the ladder with Drew Smith makes sense. When you move into your dream new build home you could also take advantage of the long-term savings on your energy bills.

On average a new Drew Smith home could save up to £2,600^ a year on your energy bills compared to an older second-hand property. Due to the energy price guarantee changing, from the 1st July 2023 these savings could increase to as much as £3,100.
