We’ll arrange for at least two estate agents to value your property and agree a realistic selling price (based on current market values)

When we buy your home from you, you’re free to make the move into your brand new Drew Smith Home as soon as it’s ready

Reasons to use Home Exchange

  • Don’t lose the house you want because you can’t find a buyer for yours
  • Avoid estate agent’s fees (e.g. for a £200,000 house you could save a typical 1.5% (plus VAT) fee of £3,600)
  • No getting caught up in long property chains
  • No last minute buyer ‘drop outs’
  • You won’t get involved in any price re-negotiations late in the day (which can even happen on the day of exchange!)
