2. Athelhampton House

This beautiful Tudor Manor House is set in the heart of the Dorset Countryside and just 20 minutes away from Brewery Place. The house contains finely furnished rooms for you to discover including The Great Hall, Wine Cellar and the Gallery. Outside you will find grand fountains and a world-famous garden which boasts large collections of tulips, roses, and lilies. 3. National Trust Kinston Lacey

Just ten minutes away from Brewery Place you will find Kingston Lacey, a lavish family home designed to look like a Venetian Palace in the Dorset countryside. There is plenty to see and do at this National Trust site with tours of the house, play areas for the children as well as an abundance of beautiful landscaped gardens to explore. 4. Mapperton House and Garden

Mapperton is a glorious sandstone manor house with 15 acres of wild and formal gardens ready for you to explore. This grand home to the Earl and Countess of Sandwich it has been described as one of the UK’s finest manor houses and not only can you take a tour you can also extend your day trip and treat yourself to one of their exclusive overnight stays which includes dinner and a tour of the house. This superb part of the county is just a 30-minute drive from Brewery Place and includes a host of amazing things to discover.
