Drew Smith and Wyvern Sports & Leisure Promote a Healthy Lifestyle for New Community

A local construction firm have partnered with Wyvern Sports and Leisure to provide free gym membership for their residents in Fair Oak.

Drew Smith, based in Durley, are not only passionate about building houses but also want to build happy and healthy communities. Work on their Pembers Hill Park development is going well, and residents have now started to move in and enjoy their beautiful new homes.

To support the community at Pembers Hill Park, Drew Smith are working with Wyvern Sports & Leisure to provide each resident over the age of 16 with a free gym membership throughout June.

Simon Mason, Head of Sales and Development, said “It is important for us that when we build new homes we also create and ensure that they are filled with a vibrant and thriving community. Drew Smith supports the mental health charity, Mind, and we understand that keeping active can support a healthy wellbeing and its great to announce this as part of Mental Health Awareness Week”

Residents will be able to have access to the gym as well as the fitness classes at the centre which is just a 15-minute walk from the development.

Phil Bartlett, Health and Fitness Co-Ordinator at Wyvern Sport & Fitness said; “As a team we are really keen to get the local community active, working with Drew Smith has given us a great opportunity to do that. We can’t wait to welcome the residents of Pembers Hill Park to the gym and hope to be able to support their physical and mental wellbeing.”
