Drew Smith Launches Public Consultation at Prince Philip Park in Whitehill & Bordon

Drew Smith has launched a public consultation today for the proposed development within parcel 1.9 of the Prince Philip Park, Whitehill & Bordon regeneration project.

From Monday 21st February to Friday 4th March 2021 the local community can view plans and proposals on this website as well as submitting any comments or questions.

Parcel 1.9 is located off Havannah Way, a key route into Whitehill & Bordon, adjacent the eastern side of Phase 3, between the Linear Park and the new Town Centre.

The parcel marks the transition from the outer neighbourhoods, to the new Town Centre and is therefore more urban in nature.

This proposed development will include 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.

Philip Farminer, Director of Planning at Drew Smith said: “We’re really excited about the opportunity to deliver some fantastic new homes within Whitehill & Bordon regeneration project alongside our partner Aster, and to receiving feedback on our proposals for the site.”

James Child, Project Lead for the Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company said; “This parcel of land provides an important link between the new town centre and the development which has already been completed at Dukes Quarter. I look forward to progressing the development opportunity with Drew Smith, who previously developed Quebec Park, Chieftain House and Café 1759.”

From Monday 21st February to Friday 4th March 2021 the local community can view plans and proposals online as well as submitting any comments or questions. Once the consultation is complete, we will submit responses which will be available to be viewed online.
